In the Below role i was responsible for • Outage Monitoring, 24*7 Support FE for Site Restoration. • Working for ISP/OSP Domain. • Responsible for all Technical issues & fault diagnosis upgradation. • Leading NE for Troubleshooting of Fiber network issues. • Looking after the DOSIC 2.0, Optical as well as RF project execution and maintenance. • Looking after to identify fault conditions and provide assistance to field Personnel to assist with service restoration. • Assists in the installation of new Broadband and Cable TV connections. • Provided the Remote support using following software Team Viewer, Any Desk. • Following up on cases and doing escalation if required. • In this Company Journey I had worked at Bhubaneswar , RAIPUR and finally at Sonepur(Odisha)
