1. Refund Eligibility:
A refund is applicable if the Company fails to deliver recruitment resources as agreed upon in the service plan subscribed by the Customer.
2. Initiating a Refund:
Refund requests may be initiated only after 30 days from the subscription start date. The Customer must submit a formal refund request along with supporting documentation.
3. Refund Timeline:
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
4. Partial Refunds:
If the Company delivers recruitment resources of lesser value than what was committed in the subscribed plan, a partial refund will be issued.
Example: If the Customer pays for a plan worth ₹X and receives services valued at ₹Y (where Y < X), the difference (₹X - ₹Y) will be refunded.
5. General Clause:
A refund will also be issued, irrespective of service value delivered, if the hiring process is not completed due to reasons attributable to the Company.
Note: Refunds are calculated based on the terms, value, and deliverables defined in the Customer’s specific subscription plan.
