Terms and Conditions

Scope of Services

• The Company agrees to provide the following recruitment services to the Customer:

• Candidate sourcing

• Screening and shortlisting

• Conducting preliminary interviews

• Coordinating client interviews

• Assisting in final selection and offer negotiation

Term

• This Agreement shall commence on the date of subscription and continue for the duration specified in the selected subscription plan, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Fees and Payment

• The Customer agrees to pay the Company a subscription fee plus 18% GST (Goods and Services Tax) for the services provided.

• All payments shall be made in INR to the bank account specified by the Company or through a secured payment gateway at https://payments.abex.work.

• The subscription fee covers the duration specified in the selected subscription plan.

Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information exchanged during the term of this Agreement.

• The Company shall ensure that all candidate information is kept confidential and only shared with the Customer as necessary.

Compliance with Laws

• Both parties agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and relevant labor laws.

• The Company warrants that all recruitment activities will be conducted in accordance with applicable laws and ethical standards.

Termination

• Either party may terminate this Agreement with 15 days’ email notice.

• In the event of termination, the Customer agrees to pay the Company for all services rendered up to the date of termination. Any remaining dues will be calculated and paid on a pro rata basis within 15 days.

Governing Law

• This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Miscellaneous

• This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
